soulution launches new 717 power amplifier debuts at Highend 2024
Following our credo: do not add anything, do not omit anything, we challenged ourselves by asking the question: “Can we add less and omit less compared to what we have already achieved?” The new soulution 7 series products are new designs from ground up and do clearly outperform their highly praised predecessors. Higher resolution combines with a more lifelike musicality. There is even more heft, authority and control in the bass while smallest details get resolved with more delicacy.
A new and innovative amplifier topology is pushing the frequency bandwidth beyond 2MHz while reducing distortion and noise to benchmark setting low levels. Four 600VA switched mode power supply modules with an impulse power rating of 2100VA each are directly connected to the power amplifier boards for lowest contact resistance and shortest signal path from the power supply to the loudspeaker binding post. At its inputs the 717 power amplifier features the same innovative input stage as used for the 727 preamplifier The 717 can be configured as stereo amplifier, dual mono amplifier or as bridged mono amplifier.
